Here we go!

I'm about to dig deep. Much deeper than I think I'm prepared for, but I know it needs to happen. It HAS to happen.

I've lost myself somewhere. I'm not sure when, or even how, but one thing I know is I'm more than likely going to find the answers to both of those questions along this journey. And there's a good chance I may not like what I discover. Or maybe, just maybe, I will. Either way, it's something I must do.

I don't want to do this alone though, so I invite you to join me. Why? Because I know I'm not the only one out there who needs to rediscover who they are, who needs to unpack all sorts of hurts and disappointments they've endured, mistakes they've made, dreams they have given up on, and lies they have believed about themselves. My list of each of those is long, but as I said, I know I'm not the only one.

So here we go! Ready to dig deep with me as I start this Year of Finding Myself?!
